Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This document sets out the conditions under which you may use this website and benefit from the 1-on-1 online coaching services provided by Ionuț Rizea. By using the website, submitting the application form, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

This document is drafted in accordance with applicable Romanian and European legislation, in particular Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, Emergency Ordinance no. 141/2021 on the supply of digital content and digital services, the Civil Code, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Who provides the services

The services presented on this website are provided by Ionuț Rizea, personal trainer and online coach, operating in Romania.

Complete tax identification details (business form, registration number and registered office) are communicated in the contractual document and in the invoice issued before the collaboration begins, in accordance with art. 5 of Law no. 365/2002.

2. Definitions

  • Website, this website and all of its pages.
  • User, any person accessing the website.
  • Client, the adult individual who contracts the coaching services.
  • Services, the 1-on-1 online coaching programs, personalized training and nutrition plans, monitoring and related consulting.

3. Services offered

The services consist of personalized online coaching: initial assessment, training plan, nutritional recommendations, periodic monitoring and direct communication with the coach, through agreed channels (email, WhatsApp or the app used in coaching).

Services are provided exclusively online, remotely. The duration, communication frequency, package content and price are established individually, before the collaboration begins, and are confirmed in writing.

Results depend on each person's involvement, consistency, health status and individual particularities. No specific result, expressed in kilograms, percentages or timeframes, is guaranteed. The materials presented on the website, including client transformations, are real examples, not promises of results.

4. Coaching application and conclusion of the contract

The form on the website constitutes an application, not a firm order. After the application is submitted, it is reviewed, and the collaboration begins only after both parties confirm in writing the package, price, duration and payment method.

The contract is considered concluded at a distance, at the moment the order is confirmed and payment is made. We reserve the right to refuse an application, without obligation to justify the refusal, especially if the service is not suitable for the declared medical condition or goals.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are communicated individually, in RON, before the collaboration begins, and include all taxes applicable at the time of confirmation. Any discount or promotional offer is valid only during the announced period and conditions.

Payment is made in full or in installments, as agreed in writing. A tax document is issued for each payment. Failure to pay on time entitles the suspension of the service until the situation is regularized.

6. Consumer's right of withdrawal

In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without needing to state a reason and without penalties.

Withdrawal is communicated through an unequivocal statement sent to rizeaionutir@gmail.com. Amounts paid are refunded within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the notification, using the same payment method.

If you expressly request that the service begin before the 14-day period expires, and the service is fully performed within that interval, the right of withdrawal is lost, in accordance with art. 16 lit. a) of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. If the service was partially performed, you will owe the proportional value of the service performed up to the moment of withdrawal.

7. Client obligations and medical disclaimer

The coaching provided is not a medical service and does not replace the consultation, diagnosis or treatment provided by a physician or a licensed dietitian.

  • You declare that you are at least 18 years old and medically fit for physical effort.
  • You agree to accurately communicate any medical conditions, treatments, allergies, pregnancy, or any other relevant condition.
  • You assume responsibility for how you perform the exercises and apply the nutritional recommendations.
  • Medical consultation is recommended before starting any training or dietary program.

No liability is assumed for injuries, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other consequences resulting from incomplete information or failure to follow the instructions provided.

8. Intellectual property

All materials on the website and those delivered as part of the program, plans, texts, photographs, logo, video and methodology, are protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright. They may be used exclusively for personal purposes by the client. Copying, distributing, reselling or republishing, in whole or in part, without written consent, is prohibited.

9. Termination of the collaboration

The collaboration may end upon expiration of the contracted period, by agreement of the parties, or unilaterally, with prior notice, in case of abusive behavior, provision of false information, or repeated failure to meet payment obligations. Services already provided remain fully due.

10. Liability and force majeure

Liability for any damage is limited to the value of the amounts actually received for the service in question, within the limits permitted by law. No liability is assumed for technical interruptions of the website, third-party platforms used in communication, or force majeure events.

11. Dispute resolution

Any complaint should first be sent to rizeaionutir@gmail.com and will receive a response within a maximum of 30 days.

As a consumer you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, anpc.ro, use the alternative dispute resolution procedure, in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 38/2015, through SAL, or the European ODR platform, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Disputes not resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts, with Romanian law being the applicable law.

12. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The version applicable to a collaboration is the one in force at the date the order is confirmed. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
